Services under OBAN

OBAN is designed to provide Oklahoma businesses with timely information and assistance to navigate the necessary requirements and regulations and submit a winning bid.
OBAN services include:
- Matching a client's products or services with federal and state buying needs through the development of a company profile
- Identifying bidding opportunities and referring them to Oklahoma businesses
- Counseling to understand solicitation requirements, terminology, bidding, and government procurement process
- Instruction in use of the paperless contracting and payment transactions systems using Electronic Commerce (EC) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
- Assistance in locating and obtaining specifications and standards necessary for bidding on government contracts
- Help in getting on bidders lists, Central Contractors Registration (CCR) and Pro-Net registration
- Providing past procurement bidding histories including information on past volume purchased and previous awards
- Providing information on Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) codes, Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) codes, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)
- Providing bid matches relative to manufacturing, services, construction, and retail businesses
